The Inyo Animation

Equinox Animation

A few notes on what you are seeing. The inner area, a flattened circle is surrounded by a four ringed spiral. The center is roughly the size and shape of a hens egg. The point of the original video exercise was to demonstrate a specific interaction between the darts of light that preceeded the "pointer shadow" as described by Mr. Vincent Yoder. This effect is an advantage of computer graphics. What it revealed was not only the precision with which it functions, but the incredible animation as well. The images are captured from video taken on site and on the morning of an equinox. The actual time for the animation is about fourty five minutes. It begins to work shortly after sunrise. The image of the Serpent of Light (or Wisdom) over comes a challenge (the fissure in the stone) to eat or consume the "Fruit" of a sky animal, an egg. Once the Egg of Renewal is consumed, the serpent expands to fill the land with wisdom and enlightenment. This was a very meaningful display to the People and basis for their monotheistic religion. These icons are global in distribution.
